RuneTale Updates and Progress

So far the entire engine recreation has been going smoothly.

Refining performance and making sure the game runs the same as the Undertale engine is top-priority right now, as the only improvement I want the game to have is running at a smooth 60+ FPS. An easy task at the present, but I want to make sure that nothing in the future gets in the way of that.

Secondly, I’m currently figuring out exactly what enemies should exist back in the time of Chara and Asriel. Beyond froggits or standard Ruin enemies, how would they be different?

RuneTale Progress

I haven’t worked on RuneTale for quite a long time (almost a month), so I’ve just started to get into the swing of things again. Most notably, the entire game engine is completed. Everything that needs to be added from this point onward is story and battles. I’ll be posting a demo of the game pretty soon, so look forward to that.

Moved Blog and Site URLs!

As you may be able to tell, this is quite a change. I’ve moved the blog to one hosted on my website, so this will be MUCH easier to maintain.

As a quick recap of what’s happened recently since, ya know, blog posts were wiped out:

  1. RuneTale is going well.
  2. Started a new game to work on alongside it.

That’s pretty much it for now. I’ll keep you guys updated! Stay tuned. C:
